“From our first contact Alden was great. He made sure he knew what I wanted, where I wanted to be & what my needs in a property were. I tried to find an agent for several weeks. The others I spoke to did not care to work in rural southern Missouri or at least not for a smaller sale. I am also a first time homebuyer but Alden was patient & kind while helping me understand the process specifics. I lived outside Missouri while searching. He did his best to help me find contacts that were in the area for me even regarding things that were not necessarily related to the sale itself.
